Oil and Gas Experience

A well established, vastly experienced and multi-disciplinary contractor, BEMCO combines proven technology, quality and safety with global capabilities in Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning (EPC&C) to deliver comprehensive and value-engineered solutions to clients in the hydrocarbon, petrochemical and energy industries. Our Engineering Group covers project, process, piping, instrument, electrical, mechanical, equipment and civil/structural disciplines, with a specialist technical services section responsible for welding, NDE, coatings and insulation.

We use the latest engineering and design techniques, utilizing industry standard software, both procured and proprietary, backed up by knowledge gained from previous projects and coupled with fabrication, construction, testing and commissioning experience to provide true, cost-effective and safe designs.

 

 

 

Construction procedures, methods, build sequences, schedules and guidelines have been developed and are continuously improved as a Construction Contractor and Subcontract Manager. This experience has also enabled us to build up a strong awareness of the major risks associated with construction and to implement measures to reduce them through design, modularization, standard construction method statements and specific risk assessments.

Engineering

Engineering Team carries-out all Design Engineering Work related to disciplines such as Mechanical, Electrical, Civil and I&C right from Tender/Proposal, Basic/Detail Design Engineering, Support to Site/Construction/ Testing & Commissioning/Operation of the Plant till hand over the Plant to the Customer. Engineering team works on the concept of Project Engineering Management to have cost effective, time effective and resource effective Management of Engineering design works.

Engineering Team is always associated with Procurement group to guide and provide necessary Technical Support/Engineering Input needed to procure the appropriate equipment in Technical Compliance with Customer requirement & Contract Specification meeting all necessary National and International Code for the successful Operation of Equipment and the completion of Projects as per Contract Schedule.

Quality and Value Engineering is the Key for the successful Engineering in a Turnkey/EPC Contract for Industrial, Power and Oil & Gas Projects. Arabian Bemco Engineering Team comprises of Experienced & Knowledgeable Engineers and Professionals who have expertise in different Engineering Disciplines and supported by Designers/Assistant Engineers in carrying out the extensive design/Engineering work right from conceptual design at Proposal stage and through detailed Design Engineering till commissioning of the Plant.

Steel Fabrication Facilities (Jeddah & Riyadh)

Today’s demanding construction market requires that qualified and successful contractors develop extensive in-house fabrication of various mechanical, structural and electrical components for its turnkey projects.

Arabian Bemco owns several large, modern and automated fabrication workshops to deliver and erect high quality products on an expedited and continuous basis. These workshops are located in Jeddah and Riyadh and consists of over 900,000 square meter of fabrication floor space with resources, equipment and over 2,600 highly qualified technicians, engineers and management personnel. These facilities have basic and detailed engineering capabilities and are ASME certified for pressure vessels and spool fabrication.
